Mary Kelly

Managing Partner

Mary is Certified Public Accountant and an experienced governmental auditor and inspector having worked in several different California agencies such as the Department of Education, the Office of the Governor, the Department of Finance, and the Board of Equalization.  

Within these capacities, Mary has conducted the following recent projects:

Denise Callahan

Partner

Denise brings over 25 years of performance management, best practices reviews, audit, risk assessment, and leadership experience in federal, state, and local government agencies to TAP Technologies. Formerly a project manager for the U.S. Government Accountability Office and former partner of top 100 public accounting and professional services firm, Denise is known for successfully executing high risk/high impact projects. Denise has developed and implemented innovative approaches to evaluate performance by applying a myriad of strategies and methodologies to complete projects and deliver fact-based assessments and innovative solutions and recommendations to address complex issues.

Greg Matayoshi

Partner

Greg received his MBA in finance and technology management from UC Davis and is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). Greg has over 20 years of professional financial, accounting, internal auditing, and information technology systems experience.  Specifically, Greg has conducted or managed over 130 IT-related audits and risk assessments for private and public sector agencies. Agencies served have included cities, counties, healthcare facilities, state-level departments, retirement systems, special districts, and transportation authorities.  Greg formally worked as a consulting director for two large west coast accounting firms and also managed a data warehousing application for a Silicon Valley tech company.
